The gloves are designed for speed-style training and target control. They feature a full wrist wrap strap for a secure fit and a closed thumb design for proper fist positioning. These gloves offer a dual-layer foam combination for a balance of lightweight and protection and are suitable for use on heavy bags and mitt work. However, they are not recommended for sparring. The gloves also have an integrated grip bar to help prevent injuries during training, and a full mesh palm for temperature control and breathability. The punch mitts are light weight yet protective with a single layer of flat foam and canvas impact surface. Improved design increases functionality by including a full boxing glove backing with ventilation zones for breathability.
